Situated high above Sydney Harbour within the iconic Blues Point Tower, this apartment renovation embraces sophistication, warmth and bespoke craftsmanship – all while celebrating one of the city’s most recognisable architectural landmarks.
Our brief was to completely re-plan and refine the interior to suit contemporary living, while responding to the building’s clean architectural lines and extraordinary harbour views.
Warm timber joinery wraps the living spaces, with finely detailed shelving, study zones and window seating built seamlessly into the apartment. These elements add richness, storage and function without visual clutter. A soft, neutral palette pairs with layered textures and custom furniture to create calm, comfort and subtle luxury.
Expansive glazing frames the ever-changing harbour – including spectacular views to the Sydney Harbour Bridge – making the outlook a hero of the design. Every detail has been carefully considered and precisely executed to enhance liveability within a compact footprint.
The result is a beautifully resolved city residence – elegant, efficient and deeply connected to its architectural and harbour-side setting.
